Death To All The Tele-Marketers Of All The World

When was the last time that one of those sons of bitches called you at eight o’clock in the morning?  Mine was just the other day.  It’s bad enough when they pester you at all hours during the day – but when you are in the midst of a dream and maybe a good one at that – there should be a law against it.

I am now at the point that whenever a call comes in, whether on the land line or cell phone and I do not immediately recognize the number, especially the area code from whence it comes, I simply refuse to answer it.  At the end of the day I go over all of the unanswered calls to make sure that I truly do not recognize them and then I proceed to ‘block’ them.  Death to that person.

Why don’t I put my number(s) on the national, so-called, alleged, and bogus, “do not call list”?  Because it does absolutely nothing.  It simply does not work.  All it does is to tell the person at the other end of the line that your number is a valid number.

But why get upset?  It’s not a person who’s calling you.  It’s a machine that sequentially dials one number after another in numerical order.  I think that’s all the more reason to get upset.  Because what it means is  that  someone, somewhere, somehow without any consideration to you or your valued privacy actually set up the sequential telephone number calling apparatus.  Death to that person.

Where do these calls come from?  All over.  They come from places that I never heard of.  I even get calls from, “The United States”.  Can you imagine that, “The United States”?  Who the hell can it be?  President Trump?  Why in the world would POTUS call me, unless it was to sell me something that I don’t use, don’t want or don’t need?  Unless it really is POTUS, I say – Death to that person
