Insanity – Part II

BLM.  What do those letters stand for?  If you happen to live out west, they represent the Bureau of Land Management.  If you are a parent and you are admonishing one of your kids you might say, Bellyache Less and you may get More.  But if you live in or grew up in a large city, as I did, you would most likely say, Black Lives Matter, a statement which I wholeheartedly agree with.  In fact, I believe that ALL lives matter.

What I don’t understand – and maybe someone can explain it to me – is why most Blacks don’t seem to believe that Black Lives Matter?  If they do believe it, they certainly do not practice it.

Don’t take my word for it.  The FBI compiles the most comprehensive statistics on homicides across the country each year.  They don’t air all of their findings but with a little digging you can get it.  According to the published statistics, while Whites do kill Blacks, almost all of the victims  of the Whites are in fact White and while Blacks do kill some Whites, a highly disproportionate percentage of Blacks are in fact killed by other Blacks.

The recurring statistics show that on the average Blacks make up for 70% to 75% of those killed per year where almost all of them were committed by other Blacks.  Take the city of Chicago where more people are killed today than during the days of Al Capone.  So far this year they are ahead of last year in murders and shootings where almost all of the victims were Black and at the hands of other Blacks.  Do you think that they should first practice what they preach before lecturing to everyone else?

ANTIFA.  The new Storm Troopers are among us and if Hitler were alive today, he would be proud of them.   And they say that their name stands for Anti Fascist.  Aside from who or what is funding them, these misguided fools don’t realize it but they are committing not only a host of annoying disruptions of almost everything around us but also mayhem and the outright destruction of private property, as well as threatening with bodily harm, those that happen to disagree with them, just the way their predecessors did some eighty years ago in Nazi Germany.

SANCTUARY CITIES.  Talk about Insanity.  Could it be that our politicians have been pandering so because they have been blinded by the prospect of gaining more votes and in the process they are willing to sell out not only their souls but our country as well?  I know of no instance where the practice of granting immunity from the laws of the US to illegal immigrants, especially those who have committed felonies, was put to the vote of the general population of the city or state granting such immunity.  If they did, it would certainly never pass.  It is a brainchild solely of the politicians that is enacted by the politicians.

We are a nation of laws or at least I thought we were.  While the individual states can certainly make their own laws – provided said laws do not deprive any citizen of those rights granted by the Federal Government, ie; The Constitution – then such states should definitely be precluded from exempting any of their residents from those laws that are promulgated by the U.S. for the protection and benefit of all of its residents.  To do otherwise is unfair and disrespectful to all of the law abiding residents of our great country.

POLITICAL CORRECTNESS.  Political Correctness is necessary, has taken a long time to get where it is today and is not a form of Insanity.  Not yet, anyway.  But we are getting there.  As most intelligent people know, too much of anything can never be good for you, including Political Correctness, of which at least 50% these days is nothing more than pure unadulterated bullshit, which if permitted to continue unchecked, will be the end of us.  It is slowly killing us.  Pretty soon we won’t be able to talk to our neighbor without a lawyer present, make any public announcement or statement unless it was previously approved by an independent and impartial panel of experts, converse with a member of the opposite sex without fear of retribution – and so on and so on.  I say, enough is enough.
