I cannot think of anyone who likes baseball more than one of our Special Guests today on THE VIEW FROM OVER HERE, and that is DENNIS GILBERT, who started out as a minor league ball player. When he realized that he wasn’t going to be the next Joe DiMaggio he began a new career that specialized in retirement plans coupled with life insurance. But he still remained in the ‘game’ wherein he developed the free agent system and represented many of the biggest names in baseball and helped found the Professional Baseball Scouts Foundation where he serves as Chairman.
