When MICHAEL FANDAL approached his Commanding Officer and announced that he was retiring from the NYPD so that he could become a clown, the response was, “Are you trying to be funny, or what?” Well, he did turn in his badge and gun for a big red nose and he is funny. Michael was supposed to be with us last week but unusual sunspot activity prevented us from connecting.
