It has been said that for anyone trying to break into the entertainment business there are approximately 1,000 applicants, most of them qualified, for each job that is out there. So it is for Dominique Monroe who is gradually working her way up the entertainment ladder with acting gigs, modeling and personal appearances.
I have always been in awe of performers who can get up on the stage and belt out songs. Not ‘rap’ which rhymes with ‘crap’, but real songs with honest to goodness lyrics and the music to go with them, real music, not noise. Julie Budd, who sings with real lyrics and real music, started her incredible career at the ripe old age of twelve, having appeared with every major performer across the country, including in Las Vegas. I have been a fan of hers from the first time I saw her perform. She is with us today to tell us about her latest CD and whatever else is on her mind.
